HYDRAFACIAL

WHAT IS HYDRAFACIAL?

Is a non-invasive, multi-step facial treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant infusion using a patented device. It’s known for delivering immediate glow and smooth skin with no downtime, making it one of the most popular in-office facial treatments.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

  • Upon Arrival

When you arrive, please take a seat in the waiting area and remain quiet out of respect for other clients receiving treatments. A member of our team will assist you as soon as it's time for your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your treatment. In such cases, your appointment will be cancelled and the full treatment fee will be charged.

  • Cancellations

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, the full treatment price will be charged.

  • Rescheduling

Rescheduling is only possible up to 24 hours before your appointment. Any rescheduling request made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be accepted, and the original appointment will be considered final.

  • No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without prior notice will be charged the full amount and may be restricted from making future bookings.

  • Treatment Concerns

If you experience any issues with your treatment, please inform us within 24 hours. We will gladly check and, if needed, fix the issue free of charge. Unfortunately, concerns reported after 24 hours cannot be accepted.

  • Deposit policy 

For certain services (e.g. long treatments or group bookings), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

  • Children Policy

For safety reasons and to maintain a calm atmosphere, children are not allowed in the treatment areas unless they are receiving a treatment themselves and are accompanied by an adult.

  • Pets Policy

No pets are allowed inside the salon (except for registered service animals) to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests.

  • Payment Methods

We accept [cash / PIN / credit cards / online payment apps]. Please note that cheques are not accepted.

  • Group Bookings

Group bookings require advance notice and may require full or partial prepayment. Any changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Guarantee Period (e.g. nails, lashes)

We offer a 24 hours guarantee on certain treatments (lash extensions, lash lifting, PMU). If you experience issues within this period, please contact us for a free touch-up.
